Order Placement
Orders can be placed online through our website for printing services. All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
Order Modification and Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer. Cut Copy Paste reserves the right to cancel an order at any time, and in such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.
Payment
All payments must be made through the online payment gateway available on our website. Cut Copy Paste does not accept cash payments for online orders.
Order Fulfillment
Standard prints will be provided in A4 size on both colored and black-and-white pages. Customers are required to collect their prints from the physical store located in Chandigarh University campus.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for orders once they are placed as the service involves immediate printing and fulfillment.
Cut Copy Paste reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, a 100% refund will be provided to the customer.
Quality Assurance
Cut Copy Paste ensures the quality of prints, and any concerns regarding print quality should be reported to the store immediately upon collection.

Shipping Policy
We currently offer printout delivery services only within our shop outlet address. Once order is processed, customer is required to collect the order from the outlet.
Delivery Time
Printout deliveries will be processed within the same business day of receiving the order [Mon - Sat 9 AM to 5PM]. However, please note that unexpected delays may occur, and we appreciate your understanding.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted once an order is processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. If you have any concerns or questions about the printouts, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect printouts, please contact us immediately on receiving the order. Orders once delivered cannot be returned. Once an order is processed, cancellations are not allowed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before confirming your order.
